Backyard 11/3, 11/12, 12/2/08

We had wanted to fix up our backyard since we moved in and just finally took the time to do it. It is a pretty small area, so it wasn't too difficult. We never flattened the ground, so there are a lot of bumps, but it looks a ton better. Raylin and I even went out a few times before it got colder just to enjoy the outdoors.


This is what it looked like when we were digging up the ground to get it ready for planting new grass.


This is Jonathan's scarecrow. We kept getting birds, so this seemed to help a lot.


About a week later we started getting a few blades of grass. We were getting excited.

It isn't perfect, but we love our fluorescent green grass. Now we need to get a lawn mower, or something that will cut our growing grass.
